Regional Dance America/Pacific Festival 2016
Origami – Emerging Piece by Fiona Chandrasekaran
The pieces chosen to be performed at festival are Rodney Gustafson’s “Intersection” and Emerging Choreographer, Fiona Chandrasekaran’s “Origami” set to a award winning poem Paper People by Harry Baker.
The adjudicator for 2016 Festival is Michael Uthoff and he chose SSBYD dancers Emma Nelson(left) and Sophia Vraciu(right) for the Honors class at festival. We have 30 dancers and 5 chaperones attending festival this year.
